Daily Meditation
A wonderful opportunity to practice guided and silent meditation to calm the mind, relax the body, and experience the spirit.

Scriptural Chanting
Experience one of the most sacred traditions of the world, chanting is a powerful way to transmit spiritual energy and to express your own spirituality. It is a wonderful solution to a restless mind. The scriptural chants are excerpted from ancient Sanskrit texts.

Yoga
Yoga is a practical tool for modern living. Ancient in practice, it provides a simple yet effective method for harmonizing body, breath and mind through movement, stretching and body-conscious exercises.

pH balanced Vegetarian Meals
Foods are prepared simply in order to aid digestion and facilitate better nutrition. All meals are taken in silence. In fact, silence is encouraged as much as possible to deepen to inner experience. Meals are wholesome, vegetarian and pH balanced. All meals are served buffet-style. The atmosphere is one of homeyness and warmth. Guests are welcome to help themselves to tea anytime.

Discussion / Sacred conversations
An opportunity to participate in discussion around spiritual subjects to deepen your understanding of spiritual teachings.
